Voices of Recognition — Protecting Indigenous Identity

voicw-01
Across generations, Indigenous communities have carried stories

Across Vietnam and Cambodia, many Champa, Hmong, and Indigenous communities continue to face limited recognition of their cultural identity, language, and historical heritage.

SICHAM's Community Recognition Project works to preserve these histories through cultural documentation, intergenerational storytelling, community research, and collaboration with scholars, elders, and civic leaders.

Your donation helps support:

  • Cultural and historical documentation
  • Community interviews and oral histories
  • Educational outreach and awareness programs
  • Indigenous advocacy and recognition efforts
  • Preservation of language, poetry, and traditional knowledge

Every contribution helps ensure that Indigenous voices are not forgotten, but honored and preserved for future generations.
